Kumar started practice in 1994 and his expertise lies in the area of civil and commercial litigation. He started his legal career in Johor Bahru, before moving to Kuala Lumpur in 2008. Kumar has dealt with numerous types of complex matters that include copyright & trademarks matters.  His expertise in defamation matters is sought by the firms’ clients. Further his active involvement in doing recovery work for a stock broking firm in Johor Bahru, started his foray into negligence, company and shareholders disputes and matters related to injunctive relief.
